This represents the privacy and information handling policy of Commando Skydivers Inc (ABN: 91 708 129 865) and its subsidiaries hereunder written as "Commando Skydivers". This policy document was approved by the board of directors of Commando Skydivers on 6th August 2008 and supersedes any previous documents.

Commando Skydivers uses information for the provision of services to its clients. Commando Skydivers also uses information for the purposes of notifying its clients of changes to services, disruptions, and new products and services.

Commando Skydivers may disclose information to third parties when necessary for the provision of services. For example: domain registries, hosting partners. Commando Skydivers only engages third parties which are known to be trusted and in compliance with privacy laws and accepted guidelines. Commando Skydivers uses client owned information for the provision of service only. Client owned information is used for system accounting and system generated communications which are controlled by the client. Other uses of client owned information are documented in the client's privacy and information handling policy.

Commando Skydivers may be required by law to disclose information and client owned information upon being issued with a relevant court order.

Client owned information can only be accessed after contacting the client in accordance with their privacy and information handling policy.

Delivery policy

There are no further shipping or delivery charges payable. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive email notification within 24 hours.

Booking Policy

The following information is provided to assist in preparation for your skydive with Commando Skydivers Inc.
Skydiving is an extreme sport and delays can often occur due to, but not limited to, unfavorable weather conditions, or aircraft delays. While every effort is made to ensure your skydive experience is delivered as per your booking time, our primary concern is always for your safety. If you are unsure we encourage you to contact the Drop Zone on 1300 555 956 at least 1 hour prior to your booked skydive, or before you leave home, in order to confirm that conditions are suitable and that there are no delays. Clothing for your jump during the cooler months should be comfortable, warm and allow easy movement of arms and legs. Lace up shoes or runners are the most appropriate footwear. Jumpsuit, goggles and gloves where required) are provided. All bookings are made with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
